At 20 Words Literacy Project, we value your support and participation in our literacy programs and educational initiatives. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which payments made to us may be refunded.

1. Non-Refundable Fees

Unless otherwise stated, the following payments are non-refundable:

• Registration fees for competitions such as the 20 Words Spelling Bee

• Participation fees for events, workshops, or literacy programs

• Digital products or downloadable resources, such as the Champions Guide

These fees help us organize events, cover administrative costs, and fund educational outreach.

2. Event Cancellations or Changes by Us

If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by 20 Words Literacy Project, participants will be offered:

• A full refund, or

• The option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled date or a future program.

3. Refund Requests

Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:

• The request is made at least 7 days before the scheduled event or program.

• A valid reason is provided (e.g., health emergency, double payment).

• Proof of payment is submitted with the request.

• Full name

• Payment receipt or reference

• Reason for the refund request

Note: Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted at the discretion of the organization.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
